Land Acquisition
Acquisition of private land required for development projects either through negotiation or compulsory acquisition. For this purpose, the new Central Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act, 2013, which ensures fair compensation and transparency, has been in effect since 01/01/2014. Its implementation is to be carried out.

Since 01/01/2014, the new Central Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act, 2013, ensuring fair compensation and transparency, has come into force. As per Section 11 (1) of this Act, the preliminary notification is to be published.

According to the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act, 2013, fair compensation and transparency must be ensured during land acquisition, rehabilitation, and resettlement.
