    Working Process

    1. Letter to Assistant Commissioner (Backward class Cell) for checking roaster.
    2. Sanctioned Post.
    3. As per GR dated 05.11.2009, primary checking of the roaster register must be done by Administrative head of that department.
    4. With regards to that, following documentation is to be compiled from concerned offices.
      • Questionnaire and chart attached to it and chart of working staff as per reservation.
      • Updated Roaster (written as per working point) and previous inspected roaster.
      • Copy of Writ Petition and Judgment if court proceeding is continued.
      • Certificate signed with the Directors mentioning that on the reserved posts no open person from open cadre is appointed.
      • All Photo Copies to be verified.

    After verifying all the above documents, roaster book is inspected after final inspection certified report is send to the concerned office and their head of the department.
